MARCH 1 - PRESENTER: Dorina Sackman, Florida Teacher of the Year - This professional development experience will ignite educators of all levels to believe in, connect with and elevate our English Language Learners to new heights.
Grades 3-8 & Alg 1 EOC - Create an envelope interactive notebook to use as a model throughout the year in this make-&-take workshop! This ensures you're covering all of the grade specific TEKS & you can use this as your journal to teach from or purchase materials for each student to have their own notebook.
MAY 17 - Sul Ross University - 9th-12th grade students may choose sessions of their interest delivered by professionals from numerous career fields and representatives from agencies, colleges, and universities. Parents are welcome to attend as well!

The TETN TWU Speech Pathology Master's Degree distance learning venue is designed to allow students to work in the schools as a licensed assistant while completing the requirements for the master's degree in speech language pathology. The goal of the program is to alleviate the shortages of qualified SLPs in Texas public schools.
We will be showcasing the art, music & literary creations of students within Region 18 who are on the Autism Spectrum. In addition, we welcome contributions from the student’s family members or friends. Our theme this year is “Visions Within”.
